Chardonnay Natural (2015) - Domain Hirschmugl
This wine is fermented in a wooden fermentation stand with very long contact with the shell over several weeks, which then ferments and matures in wooden casks after a certain maceration period.
Through a maceration lasting several days, all the underlying ingredients are leached out of the grapes. Individuality and intensity characterize these special wines, whose extensive aging always supports the character of the respective grape variety.
